1. General Information
As endcod, our cancellation and refund policies for our digital marketing and web design services are detailed below. These terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Cancellation Terms
2.1. Before Service Begins
- You have the right to cancel within 14 days without providing any justification.
- Cancellation notice must be sent in writing to support@endcod.com.
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days.
2.2. After Service Begins
If the digital service has been initiated with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. However:
- Monthly subscription services: Can be cancelled until the next billing date, but the fee for the current month is non-refundable.
- One-time services (e.g., website development): Completed work items are non-refundable; proportional refund for incomplete portions.
3. Refund Conditions
Full Refund Cases
- Service has not yet started
- SELLER cannot deliver the service
- Service cannot be provided due to technical reasons
Partial Refund Cases
- For incomplete project portions
- Pro-rata refund for remaining days in monthly subscriptions (only if agreed by parties)
Non-Refundable Cases
- Digital services started and completed with BUYER's explicit consent
- Additional work due to BUYER's change requests
- Third-party costs (Google Ads budget, server fees, etc.)
4. Refund Process
- Request: Send your refund request with reasons to support@endcod.com.
- Review: Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Refund: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Third-Party Costs
Costs of third-party services such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, server rental, domain registration, etc. are excluded from refunds and must be handled directly with the respective providers.
