1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER for the products/services ordered electronically by the BUYER through the endcod.com website.

SELLER Information:

Note: Tax registration details will be updated.

BUYER Information:

The name, email, phone, and billing details specified in the order form belong to the BUYER.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement covers digital marketing and web design services purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER electronically. These services include but are not limited to:

  • Google Ads campaign setup and management
  • Website design and development
  • Social media (Instagram) management
  • SEO and digital consulting services

3. Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is the VAT-inclusive amount specified on the website at the time of order. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods provided on the website.

4. Service Period

The service duration and delivery terms shall be determined between the BUYER and SELLER and stated on the product/service page. Monthly subscription-based services may be auto-renewed each month; the service continues unless cancelled by the BUYER.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of contract signing without providing any justification or paying any penalty.

Important exception: If digital content or service delivery has begun with the explicit consent of the BUYER, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Therefore, exercising your withdrawal right before service begins is recommended.

6. Termination

The BUYER may unilaterally terminate the agreement by providing valid grounds regarding service quality or delivery. The SELLER will refund any unused or unprocessed service fees.

7. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the Yozgat Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Effectiveness

By approving the order or sending a service request via the website, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all clauses of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the moment the order is approved.
